This means the data is not stored in our office but stored in the data centre of that provider. Software providers have strict confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols to ensure your personal information cannot be disclosed to any other party. When engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree your personal information may be stored off site, securely hosted by an external specialist company rather than being physically located on our business premises.
